How the world’s best charities use social media to raise funds

The world’s largest charitable organisation has started using social media for its fundraising efforts.

The Good 360 Foundation announced on its website on Monday that it is using Twitter, Facebook and Google+ to raise money for charities across the globe.

It said it has received over $500,000 in donations and is on track to raise $1bn by 2021.

The foundation has also launched its own Facebook page, and its Twitter account, with a focus on fundraising.

The foundation said its Twitter page is currently a success and has more than 2.5 million followers.

The project comes after it announced last year that it had raised $5.5m in a public offering of its shares.

The world’s second largest charity, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, has also set up a website to encourage people to donate, and it has been using social networks to solicit donations since 2014.
